Brothers, I need to travel from Faisalabad to Karachi on my GLI. I prefer moving on motorways / NH.. I'l be grateful if some guidance can be given on the route to be followed. Thanking in anticipation, please..

Brother i have travelled alot to the south from fsd and back to fsd.
Your best route would be from faisalabad to sahiwal then follow the national highway till khanewal then follow khanewal-multan motorway and after that again national highway till karachi.
Short of khanewal there is a shortcut to bahawalpur which will be showing on map too
But i would suggest that you stay on NH and motorway. Because that shortcut has alot of trucks buses and the road is narrow .you will find difficulty in overtaking and will have to take care for incoming trafic too.
How ever staying on NH/Motorway ,you will have only your side of traffic to worry plus the road is also better too.
I dont know how long you can drive in a single stretch so may be 2 stopovers or 1 would be required. Calculate that for your own comfort and the area you want to stop.
It is a long journey so dont get panic . Maintain 100kph on NH ,dont overspeed (dil bohat karega but dont do it 
you dont want to get ticket for that on such a long journey....enjoy the beauty of each area as you cross it .

Take motorway from FSD till Gojra then follow Toba Tek Singh > Rajana > Kamalia > Chichawatni and take NH till Khanewal.
Thx a lot brothr.. m really obliged.. i also wanted a route which shud b hassle free.. NH is much btr.. i dont need shortcuts.. lengthy route is acceptable to me but not single roads and traffic coming from both sides.. i have been on the road from lhr to sukkur and back once and had a night stay at bahawalpur.. il sure follow ur plan..

Just follow NH .
Keep caution while driving . Drive during day only.
From khanewal if motorway is not available then just follow NH .

Travel on national highway from KHI to sukkur and then to Bahawalpur. From Lodhran bypass take the express way to Khanewal thus bypassing Multan. After reaching khanewal, proceed on the Lahore road(national highway) till chichawatni. From chichawatni, turn left towards toba/ gojra. From gojra take M-4 motorway to reach Faisalabad.
