I travelled 3 years ago to Balakot via Hazara motorway via a connection through new Balakot city but that link was all under construction/broken.
What is the condition nowadays?Any other link ?I want to skip the Mansehra side.
@pwuser150504674948, its more or less still the same, roads are mostly damaged and there was no work going on, visited in November 23.
The condition of that road is still like that. Narrow single & broken road.
Its such a shame.They develop such huge projects like Hazara Motorway and dont utilize them 100%.
Which interchange on motorway should I get off to avoid abbotabad mansehra rush?
you have to continue on the hazara motorway till last toll plaza. after that its a single road. you have to travel on that road till you see a sign board of shatay. from there you have to turn right and ask any shopkeeper about balakot route. it is called new balakot city. the road is almost doable on any car. its the shortest route to balakot city from hazara motorway. for detail info you can search on youtube
