they can be the swaybar bushing brackets, it requires lowering the subframe, which means hanging the engine.
btw the rear coolant cover job is not a beast or a bitch, its a combination of both. You need a heavy duty transmission jack to remove the transmission and transfer case, and before that you need to understand how to disconnect the rear driveshaft - its not a regular item like every other car in the world, the rear driveshaft is actually screwed into the differential. LOL!
which entails removing the exhausts completely.

btw - when you do it and remove the rear seal carrier, make sure to read ISTA on the new bolts and if they ask for extra or updated sealant on them, Otherwise you will have an interesting oil leak through the threads of those bolts. - Autozone rents the thread chaser taps, you will need them to clean the bolt holes unless you like doing this job twice.
