its blocked!check your browser's addon , u might have stealthy addon for bypassing blocked sites

install hotspot sheiled it will workeven all other ur fav sites will work too

I also noticed it was unblocked during this afternoon for sometime. But now it's blocked again
That happens almost everyday. They can't even block stuff properly or maybe, they like to play with the block/unblock option lol
