Xiaomi Mi 10T All of Sudden Dead in 17 Days Only!

Hi Everyone,
How you all are doing?
I have bought Xiaomi Mi 10T on 12-12-20 for 70k. It was running perfectly fine but on 1-1-21 morning due to battery low to 1% it went to shut down. I connected charger to charge it and it didn't respond like didn't show battery charging screen nor open up again by pressing up Lock/Unlock button.
Then I went to warranty Center of M&P Karachi (Amma Towers) and they took my mobile for warranty claim and till now I calling them daily and the mobile is not ready nor they have updated status from technical team.
Literally in shock that 70k Flagship Handheld from Xiaomi can have this type of issue.

Guys have someone from us have faced this type of issue?

Hope nothing serious n u get it bk soon .
Hv various models of mi phones in home & family
None went for any repair ( unless screen smashed n broken )

Iphones for 150k and Samsung Note models 150k also have issues.

And xiaomi service is extremely slow, your phone will be fixed in warranty but it will easily take a month

I have used Xiaomi Mi Max 2 for almost 3 years (purchased locally in 2017, in brand new / box packed condition with local warranty and PTA approved), and never faced any issues.

In your case, I think it proved a bad luck that your cell phone malfunctioned, but I am quite hopeful that your issue will be resolved in warranty IN SHA ALLAH.

I am not sure, but I think, it might be possible that the customer support and services team of Xiaomi Pakistan also do not have any solution for this kind of problem yet.

If its time consuming, then why not replace your phone with a similar model, and brand new one (as your phone comes with local support and warranty)?

Bad luck.
But
Any device can and does go bad, even iPhones worth 2-3 lacs. Samsungs etc etc.

What matters is, will they fix it under warranty? Looks like you're all set there.

Warranty claims can take some time.

If not fixed in 15-20 days, go for consumer court.
