For anyone interested, this was a $300 receiver in 2011. Do the math before you go for it.

yeah and now it is barely worth $50 or so.... only if someone agrees to buy it and tend to clean it for a whole day inside out... its display scratches will even remain then and not go away....

Not till now i hav its sub and 3 speakers. Misplaced 2 speakers otherwise it was 5.1 dnt knw whre but its working too goood with even these speakers

Even international cost cant be 50$. I hav yamaha HTR-5830 5.1 channel reciever. It still costs more than 300$ abroad second hand and in pakistan around 40-45k refurbished one depending upon custom duty. BOL with the sales

i have yamaha rx-v363 .. xcelent with boss speakers...5.1...
but i think used thing r not too much expensive....

as mine used is available in 99$

Thats ebay u can check on last minute bids go sky high but again urs is 240 watts and mine is 550 watts lol but still if it sells for this much will think of selling mine aswell

This Receiver doesn't support 3D pass thru neither it supports DTS-HD and TrueHD lossless audio using for Bluray, BIG DIFFERENCE !!!!

it has DTS .. and Digital sound processor... DSP can split stero to 5.1 in very nice way..Cinema DSP.. Cinema DTS. Alot of other Yamaha Quality functions which onkyo dont have.. Oknyo is not bad but YAMAHA IS CLASS...JUst goggle its catalogue,, even its remote controller is much time superior and beautiful....

I didnt mean to insult your receiver just comparing the features :). Your receiver's technology is OLD now but New Yamaha receiver has good features in it but price of that receiver is much higher you know. I mean to say that those receiver who has DTS-HD and TrueHD decoder in it is expensive. If you want to know the price of that kind of receiver, survey the market then.
