Would you put these All-Terrain tyres on your Hilux Revo?

Revo original tyres r Dunlop 265 60 r 18 ... I changed it to Yokohama Geolander H/T g056 size 285 60 r 18 ... After changing the tyre they Enhance the look of vehicle and drive wise they r smoother than Dunlop ... They increase the over all height of vehicle by approx 1 inch and they dont even rub on the wheel arches while turning the wheel ... The Dunlop tyres look smaller ... bought these tyres from Lahore tyre trader neela gumbad Lahore really happy with these tyres

Before going for the All-Terrain tires for any SUV / Truck, one should first consider the vehicle use. If the vehicle is mostly to be used on road or even un paved tracks, better to stick with the H/T tires. But if the vehicle is intended to be driven offroad at least 50% of the time then A/Ts are better.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing Ali! They look brilliant. Yokohama is a solid brand in the tier 2 category. However, I see a lot of good up and coming Thai/Indonesian and even Chinese brands in the market that are extremely well made and robust, one of them being Otani from Thailand.

Absolutely Arsalan, no doubt! It's counter intuitive to fit All-Terrains if one is driving on normal roads, it'll over work the engine, ruin fuel economy and much more. Appreciate your comment!

Hi Ali. Hope you are well. How was your experience with the 285 tyres? Did you need any modification like spacers or lifters? And if not did it rub against the fenders or upper control arm in jumps etc ? Thanks
