One of the reason of burning engine oil is faulty PCV (positive crankcase valve). Try to replace it with new one. It is not very expensive maybe Rs 1000 to 1500. Buy only original from Honda. Other reason maybe counterfeit oil. Try to use only Shell HX5 10W/40 or better HX7 5W/30 synthetic oil. Third reason if car engine is frequently overheating. Try to check and clean radiator and replace leaky coolant hoses. Honda engines are very very well build and these can last up to 3 to 4 lakhs KM. I am wondering why it has started burning oil. First follow above points and I am pretty sure the problem will get resolved. Also try to flush your engine with a mixture of diesel and cheap oil. Take 1 liter diesel and mix 1.5 liter cheap oil in it. Now drain old oil and fill this mixture. Now start engine and let it run on idle speed for 10 minutes. Do this at least after every second oil change interval. Use fuel system cleaner e.g, Gumout in your fuel tank before every oil change. If you do these steps you will see a great improvement in your car.
