Why does PakWheels Car Inspection not verify car documents?

Car documents (book, file, criminal checkup) verification is as important as the physical Car inspection, especially when buying from strangers. Why doesnt PakWheels offer Car documents inspection?

I think if one is opting for PakWheels Car Inspection services, then they might not check docs, rather physical condition of car at the time of inspection is the only thing that matters.

However, if one is opting for "Pakwheels Certified Cars" for buying purpose, or "Pakwheels Sell it for me" for selling purpose, then docs are also taken car of, and their status is told to the potential buyers or sellers.

If docs are clean, Best! However, if issues, the potential parties are told about their condition, but then, price is also negotiated accordingly.
