White or black rims

i am planning tire change and at same having 17" rims painted white , currently they are black.

again confused about having those painted white or black!

levin...i have seen the rims on your car...white rims will look ugly in my opinion....i mean...why are u even considering white....ur car is light gray light....and its not dropped.

if u really wanna try something new...have them stripped of the paint and have them polished...to get a hyper silver or hyper black finish. that would look great.

i have plans to buy two 2nd hand 15" rims and slicks. 15" slicks cost 9K a piece,, that is in futureeeeeeeeee sometimes.

raashid bhai ask some photoshop expert to change the colour for you so that you can have an idea....

you can also go for charade gtti's speedline magnesium alloy 14" rims

hyper silver or hyper black are new concepts....but insanely popular here in the tuner community...they look bad as* too. here is how the white will look on ur car...sorry...im not a photoshop expert...and its the US corolla. white look better on hatchbacks and coupes...sedans are a totally different product.

this website is cool...u can select a car and put rims of different styles and color and see what looks best...

levin bhai simple formula...white rims only suit bright colors like orange, light green etc. on the other hand cars with dark colors suit chrome rims...as far as Black Rims r concerned they only suit white cars...this is my opinion...i think black rims doesnt suit ur car...any dull finished rims will suit ur car.

with all due respect...lol...this generation corolla was never meant to be pimped..or souped up. i think it has a very slim overall profile (looking sideways and very shallow depth front and rear bumper)

corolla lovers..dont kill me here..haha...thats just my word.

anyway...here are some pics taken a local meet in toronto...one guy has the corolla and we always kick his as* but for sure u can do good things with the car....

personally...i would paint your bumpers to the color of the car...and then put some gun metal, hyper black or silver rims with a POLISHED LIP.

lastly....without a drop...it looks like a truck on bigger rims and plain non appealing....
