Whining Noise comming from Civic 8th gen on morning start

Hello experts, I have a honda civic 8th gen 2007 model. Suddenly the car has started to give out a whining noise on a cold start. The noise goes up if i accelerate but goes away when car is warmed up which takes up around 5 minutes. I have not been able to identify the cause. I got the belt adjuster changed but it still did not resolve the issue. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Timing bearing? Changed with new or Kabuli?
If changed with Kabuli most likely its has gone bad.
Always buy new parts.
Also check other pulleys too.

Get the power steering pump checked.I had an 8th gen with similar issue and the sound started increasing by the time. It is somewhat a common issue. hence why people often go for eps found in the international model.

Yea do get your power steering pump checked, it makes funny noise when its about to go bad.

so the power steering was low on fluid sonI topped it up and sprayed the hell out of pulleys and belt with WD 40 and the noise is gone. Seems like the power steering fluid was causing the noise but it also means that there is a leakage somewhere but Inhave not seen any oil drops where I park the car. I hope power steering goes on for one more year before I replace it with EPS

Get ready for mess. This is common trait of 8th gen to leak ps fluid.

Keep the ps pump in check specially before longer trips.Mine once leaked on me out of nowhere when I parked and trust me from Ferozpur road to Johar town that was the hardest 30 minutes drive of my life what would normally be a 10 minute drive on a quite sunday morning.

Assalam alaikum
Bhai I am getting the sane problem since yesterday.On cold start there is a loud whining sound which increases with acceleration and goes away as soon as the engine is warm. Wanted to ask you if your problem got resolved by filling the PS fluid and spraying WD40 on the pulleys as you mentioned. Any help would be highly appreciated.
