WHICH OIL is GUD for my civic 2000 vti oriel modified?

hi all,
i have been using shell ultra in my ride (civic 2000 vti oriel)
but now ive heard that theres this oil named ZIC and CASTROL HAVOLINE sp sumthing,

now the problem is that my mechanic suggested that as i blow my car's gear a lot , never driving slow , he suggested me to use castrol havoling with sp around 15-20 , cause he said that a lil thick oil for engine would be good for my usage in the car as compared to ZIC.

people what do you suggest?

i have catback exhaust system, intake, hearders , split fire plugs, ( a mini mod according to my budget )

Mobil 1 full eshhhhtop. 4L costs 4000 ruppees but you can easily make it last for 5000-7000kms problem free.

yaar there's nothing like castrol havoline.no matter if u put a turbo in it i would prefer u still stick to castrol havoline,speaking of which i have a turbo 4 sale if ur interested.(H)

we use regular caltex motor oil on turbo civics, evos, supras etc...

mobil1 5w50 fully synthetic all the way! its meant for rash driving and xtreme kisam driving/conditions!
if u really drive rash the oil will last around 5000-7000km b4 it gets jalawa! but if u drive normally the oil shall last easily around 10,000km!

you just need to learn to shift gears.
you know?
i mean there are other gears than 1st too.
and there is a thing called clutch.
pressing it while changing gears also helps a lot.

i have been using havoline formula 10w - 30 for a long time.
But now have shifted all my cars to shell ultra blue wala which is 10w - 40.
Drive petrol cars 2500 kms and cng 4000 kms. With oil filter and air filter change every time.

I also change oil b/w 2000 - 2500km max.

I use Caltex Formula 10w30 in winters and Caltex Havoline 20w50 in summers. Oil-flushing is done once in 5000km

Shell Ultra is a very good fully synthetic oil, its the same they use in Ferrari formula one v10 with slight modification (high vicosity index), and the sam recommended in ferrari owner manual in Edmonton, Canada.

The only thing better is MOBIL 1.

Synthetic is good for around 10,000 km no matter how the driving conditions are, MOBIL 1 can even go to 15,000km easily.

Do not move to conventional mineral oils, if you want to keep your car with you for a long time.

I think 2000 Civic oil change interval is 10,000km.
