Please can anyone guide which engine oil can i use in civic 2018...i purchased 0 metre currently its 4600 km driven.

Honda Genuine fully synthetic 5w30. Change after 5000 kms. Our market is full with fake lubricants, so always buy from Honda authorized dealers.

You get free oil changes up to 10000km with the new civic. Still with what company suggests. I drive a 2017 Civic X Turbo with oil changes with oil filter for 4700 PKR by Honda South, Karachi. Why go outside the company for this when you can get a reliable, original oil with original oil filter for a car taht is 3m PKR plus, i mean one can go taking appointment and get this done. Its a Total repacked for Honda oil for it is pretty good. Once you are out of warranty, go gor Mobil 1 as we have authentic Mobil 1 Spa's here now.

Liqui moly is one of best oil, but again ensuring a genuine oil is very hard these days. again, your civic must be in warranty, which will be void if you change oil from outside. So I would suggest to go with Honda Genuine oil in any case. Honda SN 5w30 is best choice for both economy and engine life.

Actually now a days temp is very very hot in khi thats i was taking advice regarding liqui moly.

That's true. But if your car in warranty you don't have choice because if you won't use Honda's oil it will void the warranty.

Yes keeping in mind hot weather and constant AC usage in summer, SN 5w30 is best choice for Pakistan's weather. The recommended oil for R18 engine are 0w20, 0w30 and 5w30. I don't believe liqui moly have fully synthetic oil in 5w30.

Rest choice is yours

Use 5w-30 Honda oil

This will ensure warranty is intact and quality is also good

Liqui moly 5w30 or 0w20 in Pakistan aren't fully synthetic. Honda 0w20 and 5w30 are fully synthetic made by total.
Use that and your car will have no issues. Choose the first value mentioned in owner's manual of your car.

Only synthoil hightech 5w40, 5w50 and 10w60 are fullysynthetics which are api sm, api sj and api sL grade respectively, and they are outdated.
Rest are synthetic technology, they are not fully synthetics.
Keep that kind of bull crap to yourself. Next time do your research properly before commenting.
Let me know what you are trying to prove out of this?
