Where is the expiry date of cng cylinder mentioned?

I got my cng cylinder removed from my corolla after the engine swap. I found these 2 things stamped on the cylinder. Can anyone tell me where is the expiry date?

the punch date visible is 01/2011. Either it is the date of installation or the last testing date of the cylinder.

it need to be tested every 5 years, and date is punched by the testing authority.

at new installation date is punched, and there is no expiry as such. Testing is recommended every 5 years

it is time you please get it tested certified for next 5 years.

Petrol prices will be touching 130 / litre by end of Sept 20 so switching back to economical fuel is need of time.

You have to spend whole day for the testing. So I get to know from the cng guy that they will get it tested for us and it will cost around 3000 rupees.
And yes petrol prices are again going up and my swapped engine is still not in proper shape and consuming more petrol. But for time being the cng cylinder is removed as cng kit is also removed when the engine swap was being done.

really very sorry to know that engine swap is not as per your expectation.

yes one day is for testing. the shops over the new m.a.jinnah road at jail crossing bridge are offering such services. They will take copy of the running page of the vehicle and remove the cylinder from vehicle, after testing from OGRA shop in Korangi they will install the cylinder. They also provide you a certificate with vehicle number and a square yelow & green sticker mentioning the reg number and date of testing.

Authentic CNG cylinders usually don't have an expiry date. They are generally good for 18,000+ refilling cycles. As capsat has mentioned testing it at regular intervals is strongly recommended.

Its considered 5 years and u can have it tested.. actually its important to get it tested for next ,5 years
