no i mean that it'd help prevent chassis flex on uneven roads which woudl lead to a firmer ride (as long as the suspension was in good condition).
this is why suzukis rattle so much on rough roads and nearly explode in a pot hole, the strut towers are always flexing a little which leads to metal fatigue etc.
if you were to fit one to your city you'd feel the cars body felt more "solid" even on ever day driving, but that's as long as it was fit correctly and the3 mounts didn't move (not even a milimeter).
