What is the Difference between type 1 and type 2 Engine coolant?

Honda authorized services don't offer the engine coolant ,there is no further explanation
My honda city 2013 book says to use the type 2 coolant ,I accidently had bought type 1 coolant.
I heard it damages the engine to use different types of coolant ,is this true?
finally can you mix these two coolant ?

To my knowledge Type 1 is pure 100% and Type 2 is premixed 50/50. So no difference at all. Just have to mix Type 1 with 50% water.

Type 1 is green in color,it is premixed with water

Type 2 is blue and it is not premixed with water

must not be mixed together

To see the constituents of the coolant type e.g"honda antifreeze type 2 coolant msds" in google

"msds" means material safety data sheet
