Hi,
Sir Hope to you are fine, But we are not fine Because Wateen is not supported 2 user at a time online. If this is countinue so wateen go to the hell. we are 26 friends and we have 13 accounts, but we are not login at that time plz solve this. If you are not in action so we are in action
We are said to other wateen users and advertise with media internet
Its rong for you ok all the best. Hope to you solve the problem

wateen sucks man I got it and they charged me about 800 per month but the problem is that one month I wasnt there so did not use the internet nor did I recharge it.. then the next month I saw that they charged me for 2 months and this has been continuing + i barely get any signals it STINKS..

bro I doubt that 26 were using 13 i think 26 were using 1. it was loophole in there network which they fixed. cheers

yaar did you read the contract with wateen properly. I doubt that there would be something like fixed monthly charges mentioned.

am using wateen since quite a long .. no issues so far ... may be u r facing link issue or some other.... and as far as i know wateen support multiple user... ???

try to call wateen help desk :slight_smile:

Wateen supports multiusers on a one device. Means you can put a router or a wi-fi router and use Intenet at as many as PCs, laptop or other devices.

But it does not support that one account is logged on mulitple CPEs at the same time. With one user ID or login you can login on your own device or someone elses device but that cannot happen simultaneously. If it is happening then yes it is possible that with one user accound and pwd 100s of people would be logged on simultaneously through as much devices. Then what will Wateen earn?

i guess it will not support 2 user on one username.
doesnt make sense, i use to do it with MS net logn before, but it was billing bug.
