Very Bad decision.... I had 2 apartments in Cecil Murree.... Sold them both... Thanked AlMighty and happy with the decision. Murree Walas are total Badmash party and lotayras not to mention proper thugs....
If you buy a property and somehow the property is legit.... the wear and tear will be not only expensive but a hassle....caretaker/guard will 110% misuse it and trust me the misuse is not letting his family in the house and use for personal but the other stuff....soon youll find your house being turned into a PIMP house. if somehow he is a insaan da puttar what hell do is rent your house and rooms on daily wages for his own pocket....
third there is no water in murree. That was the major reason i sold mine....
4th renting it out on season basis business is no longer there since no water therefore no guests... ppl prefer to live near to mall road in hotels..... and the security deposit youll take from tenants will most probably need additional money from your own pocket for the damage they will do ( i gave mine to a chemical factory in gujranwala and they would send their employee of the month on a months vacation. and it was a total loss)
Guards are least bothered and will not interfere if the property is being misused. again what will stop him from taking something something and letting them do whatever....Murree kay Pahari loog... ALLAH MAFI.
ALL in ALL if you want a place get yourself a guest house nice and clean one....DO NOT for for purchasing property.
