Vitz 1KR-FE engine problems

Hello all !
I have a quite experience in vitz because in three year i have changed six vitz ..all were 1000 cc. But model difference. While using vitz 2007 the engine was driven 70000km but in good condition ..i drive it ,no vibration no engine noise ....but when i purchase 2009 model vitz (25000 km driven) but engine was vibration badly..mechanic washed throttle body and it works but vibration was not ended but it reduces.
Recently i sold 2009 model and purchase 2012 model vitz new shape. Engine is driven 6800km and recently fully maintain .oil etc changed ..throttle body and spark plugs cleaning ..engine is good and giving good milage ...but problem is when engine start .. i feel vibration in interior ...when i open up bonet engine was vibrating. Not in still condition...mechanics says kay itni vibration tu hoti hay..but i m not satisfied yet ..i vil make video of the engine vibration and will upolad in evening...
But any expert of engine r among u kindly give me advise.

I am not an expert BUT I read somewhere that on Idle, the car will vibrate as it's saving fuel. Few things that I have noticed with my '07 vitz (new shape with 8 airbags) same 1kr-fe engine is that it vibrates too, but it was reduced when I changed the plugs (iridium) and have it serviced with Toyota. They cleaned Throttle body and MAF filter (it's just below the Throttle body in new shape) & it is reduced. Today I have it's first oil change and changed it with Shell Hilux Ultra 5w-30 (the most expensive one ) and will run it to check if it smoothens it more.

I pour toyota orignal injector cleaner (08813-00820). Fuel was 40% remaining ...and i use it nd until my reserve light was on....then i full my tank ftom caltex nd now engine is perfectly fine nd no vibration.....one of my friend told me that now a days petrol is not fully filtered and process .thats why engine not function properly..ge advise me to use petrol from selected pumps

Guys the problem is not with Vitz 1.0L Engines itz bcz of our low grade fuel which is not suitable for 3cylinder JDM
Vitz 1.3L works perfect on Local fuel dont know y

What was the cost of the Injector Cleaner you got from Toyota?

Toyota don't have harmonic feul injector cleaner. Use fuel injector cleaner or search for the auto shop who have it.

Bro when you say hi-octane does that mean when 30% Hi-Octane & 70% Super fuel...or do you refer to 100% fueling with Hi-octane (as this will become quite expensive)

100% will not work. I have tried that, and I got pathetic mileage. I use Total which is fine. Just used "Complete Fuel System Cleaner" of STP bought from Hyperstar (Lahore) and things are already looking better. Went from 6 kms / l to 10kms / l.

I have also purchased Octane Booster (Helps resolve low RON issues) & Gas Treatment which I will use with next fill up.

i know but try 100% hi octane when tank is almost empty 8-10 Liters is enough to diagnose the problem.

Add it before / after filling the fuel tank (FULL). Just pour complete bottle in it. It is recommended to use every oil change (about 5000 ~ 6000 kms).

I changed engine oil to Shell Helix Ultra 5w-30 & this cleaner, and for the first time, I saw a difference between D & S gear on Lahore ~ Multan highway. The sudden burst of power on S was amazing 150 is easy peasy now, while it was hard on motorway before. Last oil was Havoline Formula.

RON means Octane rating of the fuel, we have pathetic fuels, so it'll try to fix things that are caused by these low grade fuels.

Hello jigzyy. Stp or oem Toyota fuel injector cleaner is the same? I am getting mileage of 11km/l in city. But on high it is around 14. Will these cleaner will help me as I have already clean fuel filter and harmonic fuel injection cleaning. Every time I mix super with hioctane in the ratio of 40 50. I recently switched from shell hilux Ultra 5w 30 oil to Toyota 10w 30. And I am much satisfied with it. Regarding other maintenance of engine I am doing by my self. I am hoping that these cleaner are not harmful for engine. Your reply will be very helpful as you are already using it. Thanks.
