I am facing problem in checking my ufone balance. I have loaded Rs.500 and convert my life plus package to life value. After conversion, all my balance drop and shows that you have insufficient balance in your account. Still i can place calls and sms which shows that my balance is present but not know how much.

life value main ap ka crdt khtm nai hota reserve hojata hai
mtlb ap us se sirf call/txt kr sakte hain..
use ushare nai kar sakte nd shaid koi pakage b nai kara sakte...!

You can do everything in Life Plus. UShare, SMS Bundle etc. I do this so saying this. This is not the reason.
The reason is that Ufone's quality sucks big time. (N)
