AOA to you too,
Your route seems pretty good and may Allah keep you safe.
If you haven't travelled on this road for a long time then be rest assured that the road has changed a lot for the better. Roads now in Sindh are so much better than Punjab as they're kinda new. So the roads shouldn't be a problem at all, the occasional road cut a little etc is to be expected on this highway in Sindh and Punjab both.
One thing I wanted to ask you was about your route from Khanewal to Gojra. Gojra does have a motorway which leads straight across faisalabad and onto the Lahore to Islamabad / Peshawar Motorway.
I've been on this route many times and I have always chosen at times to go from Khanewal - Chichawatni - Tobatek Singh - Gojra or Khanewal - Okara - Samundri - Gojra. Sadly I don't remember the conditions of the roads for this Gojra section as I think they were ok for a Honda Civic 08. However I was traveling on those roads at night and thus swooshing past cities/towns when everyone was sleeping
.
As for the fuel stations, I've only used the total fuel stations which are plenty on the main N5 National highway from Khi to Islamabad. I had an 08 civic and it was knocking on some of the bad quality fuel available but thankfully I didn't hav any issues whatsoever from the fuel.
