Toyota Mark II Grande 1JZ-GTE swap completed

Hello guys, I have been following the pakwheels forums for quite some time and have learned a lot from this forum including from some senior members who have taken time to respond to my private messages.

I think its time i share my own project. I will be sharing pictures of my project on this page. Though this project is completed suggestions are still welcome on what more can be and what could have been done to make it better.

Toyota mark ii grande swapped with 1jz gte. This project started in december 2014 and the swap completed around end of january 2015 and has been on the roads since then. After the swap it has slowly undergone minor upgrades and cosmetic changes. This is my first ever project so a thumbs up would be appreciated.

Thanks, Its pretty reliable. My concept of this swap was to have a normal looking car with a powerful engine under the hood. A car that can be a beast when you want it to be and a car that can be driven with family. Its quite reliable now, after early trials and few upgrades here and there. And yes its almost daily driven around 25 to 30 kms every day.

How Much Boost You Are Running On It??? STOCK Turbo??

Entire setup is stock. Has stock twin turbos. Tuned at 0.5bar or 7psi. I think i forgot to mention this its auto transmission so the boost is enough for an auto.

Now thats an awesome sleeper + done very nicely too.

the 1jz swap is almost a bolt on for markii and is an easy swap considering they already come with the jz engine known as jzx110.

It doesnt have traction control and personally i would have not preffered it anyways.
