well in newzealand every 2nd hiace is modified. they look awesome. with gr8 paint job and rims and stuff. tinted windows and stuff. plus petrol engine.

hey guys.actually i have seen a couple of modified Hiace in karachi.one, i think belongs to an actor, i dont know his name he used to do punjabi movies.the other i saw on shahra e faisal.the first one was in brown colour and the second one in white colour.

In Pakistan, Hiace's reputation has been hijacked. Its known as the Passenger Van.

In the Western countries, they use these vans as private transport for their families. They modify them as they would modify a personal car.

The Wagons like the Ford Wagon in Pakistan, is used in America as Family Van, where they have the option to buy it from the factory with 21inch TV, Refrigerator, VCR, Big sofa like seats, called Captain Chairs, and big side windows all covered up with blinders or curtains, and a high roof.

Its all about how the Van is used.

In our country, both the Ford Wagon and Toyota Hiace van is look at as a Passenger carrying transporter vehicle only. Not a family vehicle.
