Toyota Corolla Gli Auto 2016 ENGINE OIL HELP

AOA All,
I have recently bought Corolla Gli 2016 Auto,

I need help regarding engine oil.
Toyota Rawal Motors (Rawalpindi) says Petron (20W50) and also Toyota Indus Motors suggest the same Petron (20W50).

But User manual of Corolla says 5W30 or 10W30. I cannot decide which option to go for. Need your suggestions.

I dont know because I just bought this car. Now I want to change the oil. its 37000KM driven.

Go for Shell HX7 5W30
Total 5W30 Quartz 9000
These both are readily available and cost around 3500rs to 3800rs for 4 liters.
You need precisely 3.7 Liters so have to buy 4 liters pack.

I would suggest fully synthetic 5w-30 engine oil from some reputed brand, meeting latest API SN / SN Plus, and / or ILSAC GF-5 criteria. The oil must be 100% genuine and original.

If you want best value for money oil, go for Total Quartz 9000 Future series 5w-30, and change oil + oil filter after every 5-7,000 Kms / when oil becomes dirty (which ever comes first).

I would suggest engine flush before switching to this new engine oil grade / brand. Its recommended but not compulsory.

Do what the manual recommends. The quality and quantity both. 5w30 is a better option for our environment. 10w30 will also do. Synthetic is better
