TOYOTA COROLLA AE101 problems

i have just buy ae101 1.6 EFI but the problem is that very very bad fuel average and i feel that i am sitting in corolla 1970 however with big rims and tyres so anyone can help me about these two problems

YES SIR ORIGINAL 1.6 EFI

Get fan to auto
Install thermostat valve
Check map sensor if it's faulty replace it
Change spark plugs(use ngk g power spark plugs)
Clean fuel injectors
Use 10w40 engine oil not 20w50
Replace fuel filter
Replace air filter with new one
Check spark plug wires,they might be short
Car is manual or automatic transmission?
What is tyre profile?
Was it previously being run on cng?

it is manaual
no it is totaly driven on petrol

any other maintenance history available.

1. transmission fluid change??
2. clutch plate pressure plate clutch bearing change??
3. all 4 ignitions coils & injectors are of oem specs??
4. engine oil 10W-30 or 5W-30 classification be used.

AE 101 stock setup for tyres is 185/70/R13 or a JDM 1500 cc will have 185/70/R14
anything larger and wider will make vehicle highly sluggish and uncomfortable.

i want to replace my ae101 1.6 efi by 2.0D local indus is it a good decession

Well people usually swap diesel ones with petrol engines.I don't think so it will be a wise decision

4WD or RWD

You need mount brackets.
You need to do modification to convert fwd e100 to 4wd although it does came in 4wd.

So why all wheel drive

3sgte didn't only came in mr2.
It also came in toyota Caldina which is 4wd.
