Toyota corolla 1999, Engine oil leaking

Heloo guys
So i own a toyota corolla 1999 with 12 Vavle non efi (Pakistan Assembled)
Now the engine oil was leaking from almost all the seals so i decided to get all the oil seals changed.
So i went to a mechanic, he changed the following parts to stop all leakage
Engine main seal, Head gasket, fuel pump seal, timing belt and bearings, timing seal and oil pump seal.
Now the new problem is that oil leakage is stopped while the engine is not running but when the engine is running the oil start leaking from timing belt cover side and it leaks fast.
So guys i want your expert opinion for the root cause of this leakage because I don’t want to go back to my mechanic blindly coz i know he will come up with a new story and new problem
So please guide me to identify the problem

12 Valve non EFI have a PCV valve over the tappet cover, replace it with new part to control such leakage.

back pressure blowing seals like capsat mentioned
also its the cam seal leaking, you have to re do it if it was done previously

Thanks sir I will also check this.
But what i noticed so far is that oil is leaking from (Or may be below ) timing belt cover side.
The oil drops are visible dripping down on floor

You mean. What mechanics call timing seal ?
Can i check it myself to be sure that its leaking ?

when pcv valve is choked crank ventilation escapes from weakest of points (as in old or fractured new seal)

Aoa. Brother
I haven’t been able to find the PCV valve as all the shops are closed due to lockdown. So while i am still searching for the valve , i was wondering that is there any method to check that the valve is really choked ? Moreover can it be cleaned to work for the time being.

Yes it can be cleaned with carb cleaner. You can check some videos on youtube.
Better check this valve once in a while and clean it to avoid engine oil leaks.

So brothers. I have tested the valve like it should in video
after cleaning it, i tested and found
1) when i shake, it rattles but very slightly. Not like it rattles in the video with easily audible sound.
2) testing it with engine running I don’t feel any suction on my finger

So does it mean that i have to change it ?
Or i have been wondering maybe there is some problem before the pcv that is not operating the pcv correctly ??

replace it. rattle means the spring & pin ball lost the strength

It's stuck in closed position, should be replaced, otherwise would cause damage and leaks.

So i have replaced the PCV and also the Tapet Cover gen which was also leaking apparently. And i guess leaking has been stop
As i have test drived the car on short distance
