hway driving with a/c: 10-11 km/l

why my average/litre is low ..... in stationary position when i full accelarate the car the silencer smoke a little ..... is it any problem?...

back in the days when this car came brand new

People used to cry on its heavy fuel consumption specially with AC

if the smoke is black its running rich
if blue, its burning oil

Mine used to give 12 kmpl at best on highway with AC. In city it was around 8 - 10 Kmpl.

Yea it should do 10 in city. Get a full tune up.

you wont get more than this ! its best you can get.. still better than most of cars of that era

if its JDM spec 94... Check the O2 Sensor And TPS ( Adjust If Needed) !

If Its PKDM...Only Thing You Can Do Is Adjust TPS As It Had Resistor Pod Instead Of O2 Sensor Which Is Fixed Usually Unless Its In Working Condition And Not Broken..Then You Can Adjust

7AFE is most affected by it. Bad oil control ring.

Yes And Not Just 7AFE But All AFE Get This Issue With Oil Control Ring If Oil Was Not Timely Changed Along With Using Thick Viscosity!

It Gets Solid Jamned With Carbon Deposits..Only Option Then Is To Change It
