Hey,I have a 1.6 Altis sr cruisetronic 2011,the drive is good,get a maintained car and it will serve you well, the fuel average is between 8-10 kmpl in city with ac and between 15-16 kmpl on long routes with ac. My car used to give 7-8 in city and 13-14.5 on long routes but fuel average got better after proper tuning.

Hello I have a 2011 Toyota Corolla Altis Cruisetronic.
Average with A/C in city is 10-13 km/l.
Without A/C 13.5-15.5 km/l depending on the driving habit.
With A/C on long route is 13.5-14.5 km/l.
Without A/C on long route is 15-16.5 km/l.
These average readings are noted given that the car I own is only driven 60000KM.
The car is well equiped with many features including SRS Airbag on the steering wheel, reasonable head unit with decent speakers, leather seat (only in SR models), company fitted fog lights, alloy wheels, side skirts, led tail lights, reverse camera. The car is sound dampened very well. Overall drive and feel is amazing. Make sure to change the transmission fluid as soon as you get the car.

Thanks a lot for such useful information. The only thing that most people have scared me about the car like yours is that it's not CVT i, and it consumes more fuel than those with CVT i. However, I still say that the car model you have has a much more impressive, handsome and mesmerizing shape than the new models of Toyota. I am still in a fix what to buy. Let's see. Thanks again.

Don't let people scare you off your purchase. It is your money your choice and your car. Yes my car isn't CVT-I but it still meets my expectations in terms of fuel average and pick. Try to find a low mileage car for reliability and good fuel average. Agreed the shape I own is far better then the new ones. We also own a 2016 Gli and believe me the 2011 Altis is far more better in every aspect. Plus the 2011 Altis is has more weight, control on highways specially when it rains and high speed wind is blown the car stays planted even on high speeds. My opinion for you is a 2011-2013 Altis. But the choice is yours. Do share picture of the car you buy.

2011-2014 Model altis 1.6 is the most sought after car in Altis lineup in toyota's history imo. Everyone i know who kept this car doesnot like any other model in corolla even the 2020 grande. People love it for its drive grip and comfort
