Can u tell which is top 5 bank who provides best and quick services??
Branch network all over pakisatn
Online Banking etc

Mcb , Habib Bank, alfalah has poor service. system hang, ppl have to wait for cash wid draw etc.

I heard JS Bank has very good and quick service. and it has Branches in 69 cities etc. Standard Chartered also is good but only 33 cities branches network.

So kindly guys suggest best bank who provide best services to its customers like JS Bank.

MCB and Askari are my trusted banks, cash machines are very effective even on weekends, rest have tried HBL ,its a crap, real pain, and also stay away from Silk ,they dip your fortune every day

bank al-habib is so so pethetic. their online system sucks. they make us wait for several hours to verify an online check. 99% of times they tell k link is down. pathetic pathetic & hideous service. black patch on the name of online banking. standard chartered is good

Shocking!!! 4 replies on a Banking related topic in Pakwheels and still noone pointed out that banking is Haraam....

On the topic, foreign banks have the best service...however pity that very few left in Pak now and their branch network is low. ABN AMRO had excellent service but now they have been acquired by Faysal... so it's a good idea to go for Faysal as their branch network is quite extensive. SCB also one of the best choices considering both service quality and branch network.

I Would not recommend any other bank as big banks have poor systems while small banks like JS bank may have good service, but most of them they are at a risk of closure due to unprofitable business.

None of the banks will provide you excellent service without any trouble.
For online banking Stan Cht is pretty good.
For Internet Banking again Stan Cht and UBL are good.
Whatever bank or service you use, one day you will face some kind of problem. I avoid UBL because if a problem occurs they just do not bother.
HBL and Faysal Bank are not not bad either.

If you just need basic banking service then Bank Al Habib is one of the best.

In Pakistan no bank is at a risk of closure since SBP regulations are pretty strict and our banks are profitable plus the Minimum Capital Requirement ensures that the banks do not go bust.

Meezan bank is best  with free online transfer all over Pakistan i am using it its great..

Other i know is bank al falah

@spyker where exact.y do u live i can suggest u go for a UBL branch thats converted to symbols i may be able to guide u those branches can provide u with good services

i have used Askari. not satisfied thier service , so close my account. now using MCB , but most of time its software hangup and very crowdy . Other Banks like JS Bank. its quite satisfied coz it has 69 cities branches. Faysal bank is also good but have branches in 30 cities. Standered Charterd is best but have branches in 29 cities. Bank alhabib, JS Bank, Faysal Bank, Saamba, Albarka, Dubai Islamic , Silk, Summit Bank . But i found only JS Bank which has more branches above all private banks. Faysal bank is also good.Banks like Citi Bnak, Barclays, HSBC have network in 5 to 10 cities max.so according to me
1 JS Bank
2 Standered Chartered
3 Faysal Bank

Just want to have Current Account. Non Profitable. No interest

JS Bank is a very good bank, i'm using it from an year, they have online banking/funds transfer etc etc..

Very quick and responsive service, never face any ATM or any other kind of problem.

Also banking with SCB since 2007 and really love to banking with them.

1 - SCB/JS Bank
2 - Askari Bank (Heard about it, that it is also a good bank, never used)
3 - ?

so you're saying that you or anyone in ur family never ever used a banking service? good!
btw, ever heard of islamic banking?

anyways, i ve had worst experiences with mcb and bank al habib.
Allied back is fine.
alfalah and SCB are very nice...
