Hey Guys. I need help. Iv got a Civic reborn model 2008. I have paid all token taxes through post office uptil now(2020). Yesterday my friend was checking his cars tokens online and asked me about my car number. So i told him and after checking the details online he asked me that u havent paid ur token taxes ? So i told him that iv paid all the taxes. He said its not showing on the website and its written that last token was paid till 2014.I dont get it. I have the old passport book. And have all the receipts attached with signatures and payment info. I rechecked my car book and it has all the the receipts and says that the tokens are paid till 2020. With stamps. So why is it showing that i havent paid the taxes on excise and taxation website ?? What should i do now. I need help. And on the website it says that i need to pay 129000 rupees. Please help !
In some cases when token tax is paid in the post offices, the online data on the website might not be updated.
Best which you can do is to contact / visit your relevant excise office, and ask / comfirm regarding it.
Thanks for the early reply bro. I will contact the excise department.Hopefully i wont havto to pay all the money again. Anything can happen here in Pakistan.Is there any other way to pay taxes these days instead of paying to the post office ?
Token taces are being paid online thru application xalled epay which generates psid just like any other tax ...u can pay any vehicle related tax levy or charge while sitting in ur homr...not only ur car but also any other vehicle
YES. You can also pay your token taxes online. There are some Apps regarding them, however, best would be to visit the relevant Excise Department website, and get details on how to pay token taxes.

this online system updation is a BS, there are a lot of issues ppl are facing regarding online tokens of their cars..as long as you have the receipts and stamps for payment of your token taxes, there is nothing to worry about.there are a lot of morons behind these computers who do not update the data regularly or fast enough.so show excise dept. that you paid all your taxes and tell them to clear their own shit !
