have been looking at the Geely CK progress & i must say they have improved the CK alot.. comparing it with the existing CK in our market, the CK II has a slightly different exterior (headlamps especially, & bumper extensions) while interior seems to have been improved a million times, at least as evident in the pix. While the company is constantly seeking to captivate its market segment in various parts of the world (keep in mind that Geely CK was the first Chinese car ever to hit US market and was also displayed in the Detroit Motor Show).. one can hope that the SUS motors brings the CK II here at a reasonable price so as to get a better public response.. Geely CK is available throughout the world while the company claims that its constantly in touch with its customers to bring improvements in its brands..

Our Geely brand is indeed undergoing massive transformation, we often leap frog over traditional stages of development. Geely engineering capability is gradually becoming legendary today. Just recently in China, Geely was honored with the prestigious award of the fastest and best selling Chinese Auto. The brand is also currently ranked amongst the top ten in the automobile industry in China.

the CK II proves it to be correct up to some extent, how well the car has improved technically, only time will tell. enjoy the pics!

nice car ... looks very much a merc inspired exterior but nice. I hope it hits the pakistani market soon

Chinese cars always look dim-witted for some reason. For example, people can tell what part was copied from which car. That instrument cluster is a Volkswagen one.
Plus it looks as if it's got loose ends and hasn't been screwed in properly at certain places in the interior. That ashtray or little compartment in the 4th picture definitely isn't resting properly, and I'd expect random creaking noises from this car after about 6 or 7 thousand miles.

there is still plenty of margin of improvement for sure but just compare how the interior looked 2 years before in the CK and how they have managed to bring this one in CK II. Over here Suzukis or say Cuore hasnt been able bring about a single improvement in their decades old designs in dozens of years.. few more images below & also do compare it with the interior of previous CK

It is a very nice car indeed. I went to the showroom on Walton road the day it opened here. The engine was a Corolla unit manufactured in China... a very reliable and tried and tested design. The interior quality was a comparable to the City...all plastics and stuff. It was over priced at that time and the dealership wound up.

That place now hosts Sigma motors.
