Koenigsegg CCR is according to BBC television program Top Gear owns the ultimate US speeding ticket record. It happened in Texas in 2003 when the Koenigsegg CCR was speeding at 242mph (389 km/h).
Koenigsegg CCR sure is a luxury car. Estimated price for the basic model of this supercar is $550,000. It’s V8, 4.7-liter motor has 806 Horse powers. It accelerates from zero to 60 mph (100 km/h) in under 3,2 seconds and his top speed is supposed to be more than 242 mph / 385 km/h.
That’s why this is the fastest road car ever built.
Some compare Koenigsegg CCR with Bugatti’s Veryron 16.4. But CCR offers the same performance for half the cost





The fastest speeding ticket in the world allegedly occurred in May 2003 in Texas. It was supposedly 242mph in a 75mph zone. The car was a Swedish-built Koenigsegg, which was involved in the San Francisco to Miami Gumball 3000 Rally.
