whats the difference b/w 4afe and 4efe engine.which would be best for charade 88.what about their performance.top speed and 0-100km/h.and cng performance.

as much as i know .. 4afe is 1.6 and 4efe is 1.3 litter engines ...

the power to weight ratio would play the game ... i think in either case 0-100 would be around 7 secs ... and would work finee on CNG

i want to swap my charade engine.which will be better choice for me.and i think they will cost me around 30-35K and what to convert them to simple carburator

well in charade if ur not into race i say 4efe with CNG and if u like to drag it then go for 4afe.!CNG can be used on both of these engines.!
4efe=98hp 1.3L
4afe=115hp 1.6L

abt suspension :S....BILAL GUNJ in lhr.might get something frm japany toys ... (Y)
and road grip ..nothing wil do burnouts donuts and lots and lots of wheelspin..

i wana buy a sedan car at low rate and alter it by putting this 4afe beast engine in it..... can any bodyhelp me out in my project.... or second option with me is to buy 95-97 1.6 gli corolla.... what u say guyz ur comments will help me

Depends on which car you want to put in the 4AFE in.
A wild ass guess is 45 - 90K.

I have used 4EFE in my FIAT. And I think.
4EFE will fit easily wth min. mods.

1.6 gli orignaly had 4afe engine in it.... what u say @Freddie4fingers what shuld i go for...... alter any sedan like LANCER or Corolla by putting 4afe in it or simply buy 95-97 (1.6 gli corolla)..... plz

how to contact hash4u i think he is CHARADE expert.today i visited BILAL GUNJ and got the price 22K for 1.3 efi corolla 86 model engine (i think it is 4efe)and it was with automatic transmission.any good mechanic who can do this easily or perfectly?
