AoA brothers
I am sharing the simple procedure how to tackle with it
I am sharing the mileage of my Mehran and the 2 others belonged to my cousins and uncle which i have maintained.
I have 2010 Mehran with 155/70/r12 tyres and alloy rims and its average on Long is 20km/litre and in city around 17-18 Km/litre.
My uncle have 2007 mehran with 13 inches wider tyres qabli wale and japanese rims and after its setting giving 18 km/L on long and in city 15-16 km/L
My cousin have 2011 Yello cab scheme mehran on stock general tyres and rims and after maintaining is giving 22 km/L on Long and 19km/L in city
Now simple procedure for maintaining it
Check the spark plugs they must be in 80% condition
Check the point in distributor also in 80% condition
Now get a Nasa carburator cleaner
Say your mechanic to open the Carburator
Get it cleaned totally by the help of brush and petrol first
now with the help of Carburator cleaner clean all the valves of carburator twice and properly and check the flow of air in between them that they are properly cleaned
now get new jets of the size 92.5 and 105 and place them in the carburator instead of previous
these are bigger in size than those ones previously installed by company
Get the jets from a Trusted dealer.
Now screw back the Carburator and check all its springs working flawlessely
Get it fixed in car
Now get 2 pipes and connect them to the inlet and outlet(reverse) of Carburator and get them in a bottle containing 1 litre of petrol
Check the average
Inshallah it will be same as i asked about
I have done the same thing with all three Mehrus
