Swift ABS Brakes Issue Help

Brothers my Swift Pedal is Soft on Brakes and when i push it goes deep then apply brakes i changed disc brakes that didnt help then Suzuki Motors told me that my Car ABS is not working and replacement will be around 20000rs from an accidental swift....
So kindly guide me where to get Swift ABS kit from in labore and what other issue i might have before i change my ABS Kit .....I am not getting ABS light on my dashboard so i Suzuki guy said when its electric fault only then ABS light comes when mechanica ABS is faulty light doesnt go on which makes me think something is fishy so guide me please thanks

Don't think thats an ABS issue... The 3S might be ripping you off.. might be a minor issue like brake fluid, pads, etc.

I have replaced disc pads but i didnt change the whole brake fluid is it necessary to change all the fluid ? My guy whole changed disc pads topped brake fluid after bleeding the pads and drums of the brakes .....
If full brake fluid is the necessary kindly guide who to contact in Lahore as i dont trust suzuki official 3S delaers at all

Most probably it is a faulty master cylinder. Faced this issue myself. How old is your car and did you change its brake fluid since you got it?

Most probably, issue lies with the Master Cylinder. Get it thoroughly checked.

I do not think that issue lies with the brakes pads or ABS module / unit. If you are not getting any warning lights related to ABS in your dashboard, and, no error code related to ABS also pops up when your vehicle is being scanned on the diagnostic tool, then hopefully, your ABS module is working fine.

My Car is 2012 Model and i had.its brake pads changed by me two times and brake fluid is topped up in this process , my car has only done 45000kme uptil now , if it master cylinder issue who is the best guy in Lahore to check it please Guide

First bleed it, and see it it helps becore changing master cylinder

proper bleeding shall be done before any part is swapped.

Topped up but never changed. You can go for bleeding but ultimately you will need a new master cylinder as after bleeding it will work but some time later it will fail again.
Speaking from experience as my 2012 swift developed the same problem 2 months ago and I had to get a new master cylinder.

How much did u get the master cylinder and for how much ? Please recommend me someone from Lahore

10500 for genuine one. Then paid 700 labor for its fitting and 2 bottles of seiken brake fluid (500rs per bottle) to properly bleed the system and top it up. When you get it done make sure the person bleeds it properly and you might still have air left in the system so you will have to take a drive with a soft pedal and get it bled again.

Nope got everything done myself. Bought the master cylinder from waseem autos Rawalpindi.

So i should have the master cylinder changed because i applied ABS at 60kms and ABS was engaged as it make certain sound when its active so i am beginning to think its master cylinder issue

W.S. It can mean that there is something wrong with your ABS system.

IMO, 1st have your vehicle scanned via some Professional Diagnostics Tool, so that it pulls out error codes / fault codes, if any.

In 2nd step, take remedial actions based on those error codes.

Which car do you own? Kindly mention some details?

A crude solution can involve removing negative terminal of the battery for sufficient time (Like an hour or more; or removing it when parked in the garage at night, and then reconnect in the morning) and then reconnect. May be the light goes away.

But if it does not go away, and / or comes back again, then it can mean that there is definitely something wrong with the ABS Brakes system, and it needs to be figured out properly.

if it has started to appear after some wheel work or under carriage wash, the ABS sensors at any of 4 wheels are malfunctioning. remove wheels and blow dry the clippers. Washing with any de greaser will also help.

connecting an scanner can show actual issue.

Bro your problem solved? I have same issue in my Suzuki swift. I have also changed master cylinder and pad. after bleeding it become normal then again after 50-60 km it again become spongy.
