Suzuki Swift 2020 BOOT not opening

I bought new Suzuki Swift in September 2020. It's going fine without any issues until today as suddenly it back boot fails to open. Generally when you unlock the key twice you can open the back boot by pressing the button under the boot without any problem. Today it looks like JAM. As there is no option to open the back trunk from inside, I am just wondering how to get the trunk open.

Would be very grateful for any advise accordingly.

Shah Gee, is there any option to open it with car's key?

IF there is no other option, I fear, you'll have to take it to any authorized Suzuki dealership, preferably the one from where you bought the vehicle, and get it repaired / covered under warranty (if it malfunctioned by its own).

If you'll try to have it repaired from market, I fear the warranty may be voided.

Thanks Basit for the prompt reply. There is no option to open the Boot through the KEY and there is also no option to open the Boot from inside the car as well. I was trying to unlock it manually from inside but in vain. May be some electrical malfunctioned. I will taken it to Suzuki authorized dealership in islamabad to get it checked tomorrow.
