Suzuki Swift(1.3DLX) Engine Warning Light Issue

My Suzuki swift engine warning light comes ON when the fuel in the tank is near(fuel needle on the 2nd points) to empty. But when I refuel it from the pump the light goes off. kindly suggest what would be the possible cause of this issue. this is the second time I have encountered this issue in the last three weeks. Below images were taken before and after refueling. You can see that warning light goes off after the tank is filled with oil.

Why dont you get it scanned through an obd scanner?

The issue resolved itself. I visited the suzuki authorised workshop, they said there is no problem after checking through their machine(software).

Dear usman,
i have get my car scanned multiple time from suzuki showroom and they said there is no issue in your car. But problem is that engine check light remains on for few hours during car driving.

Showroom mechanic says that if it blink then there is a problem.

Please Advise.

The usual culprits are (1) oxygen sensor, and (2) it could be due to faulty fuel cap too. Get that checked as well!
