Suzuki sj410 4age silvertop swap

My dream to get a part in chollistan desert jeep rally in jimny 1.3 to 1.6 category (D) thats y I have buyed a suzuki jeep 85 model steel body which is converted to soft top. Currently it got 2c engine in it with some unknown big long gearbox. i want to make a serious power under the hood with no issues so it will help meh in qualifying the track in the deep dunes without power loss. i am thinking to put a 4age silvertop 168 hp in my suzuki jeep and i want you guys to help meh with the conversion like:

1. which gearbox will best fit to the 4age engine and relieble too....
   (someone told me to cope with t50 ae82 rear wheel drive gear with straight bolt fit up) second option is hilux or surf gear or w58 rwd supra 2500cc gear.
2. second probem is which 4x4 gear will be able to fit??? surf or hilux 1 or oringal suzuki sierra 8v 4x4 gear???
   i know if we fit 16 value jimny or elk model gear with the engine with a plate thn 4x4 gear will directly fit to it..
3. which shaft and differential should be used??? the orignal sierra 1 will b ok but its under power and chance to break. many people suggested the hilux shaft and differential but its noisy due to it wieght and bigger and it touches the body which creates noise but its very strong as compared to orignal differential.

plx help meh with this conversion i shall be very thankful to u guys. m really dipressed
i dun wana go with the suzuki engines as they r under power and when they get hot coils melt up and speacially dohc engines starts missing up and gti 1.6 baleno 1 too get missing when it gets hot....
they r max 113 hp peak but 4age will be the most killing thing cux of its high reviving and toyota engines does not have these coils heating issues too...

Haven't seen or heard of mounting this engine to play a 4wd role in Sj410
All I can say is try Vitara's axle/diffs and RAV 4's 4WD transmission ?????
Why not go for a G16B with Vitara setup ?

There are lot of options you can take in upgrading suzuki but than it will not be in Stock catogary. If you go with bigger Toyota engine than you will have to have toyota gear and diff.

bro my cusion got sierrawith g16b gti engine equipped everything working but we went to border 3 days b4 rally n coils melt up we changed the second set of coils n again melt up after even putting tapes on it..

g16b is a really powerfull n kutta engine as it knocks in 4th gear in even deep sand but they dun survive in extreme tempretures

it will b in stock cux category updated till 1600cc now if not thn no problem .... just i want smthing powerfull n relieble...many .austrailian guys did this 4age swap n sm are also using the samurai transmission with the 4age aftr coping adapter plate....hmmm

as far as axles are concerned toyota mini truck axles are bolt on pattrn n very strong n i knew a person in bilal ganj who makes a desi axle but he gurantte tht u can do burning til whole month the engine wil blow up but the axle will not hahahhaha....seriously i laugh when he said that but ill try him

I think you bought a raped suzuki. Because my guess is its 2c engine is mated with hilux gear.
If you put 4age with suzuki gear and diff it will certainly screw it up.

Toyota hilux gear or rocky gear is only option and possibly hilux diff but it requires alot of cutting.

Other option is using suzuki swift engine which is M13a if I recall with jumny gear or mate with adapter plate.

yeah u r ryte i bought a raped suzuki n iv raped it further n blown the engine from this universe n wana raped further but this tym need power.
cutting is no prob but which 4 wheel gear will connect to it bro???any idea

Silvertop/Blacktop mated to a T50 RWD toyota gearbox (make sure u get a good clutch) and a zuki divorced transfer case should be ok. if you want more power look at a 3SGTE(5th Gen Beams) with its original 6 speed manual GB and use it with a zuki transfer case.

The problem is normal suzuki diff transfer case and gear does not last.. even a simple 3s is too much for it..

You are right bro but the thing is it will exceed the category in 4x4 desert rally. D category varies from 1000 to 1600 cc ....beams in 200+ after doing mods and uknow that it will b difficult to control such a small softtop....
and what is zuki ???
transfer case ??? iz it shaft or rear differential panel??? plx explain

if you look at the results from the various categories more closely you will see that for some reason the D category jimnys are faster than most C category cars. Even this years cholistan D category cars were faster than C. C is the least competitive category in our rally scene at the moment

but i wana make smthing diff .... if australian ppl can make suzuki sj410 4age thn y not pakistani.....i know they mostly use aftrr market parts but we can make better cux we got pathan inna
we got every variety availble regarding parts uknow that ....
now the thing is if everything is done.... in last
how and which 4wd will attach cuz while using surf or hilux gear ....
the gear knob comes out from back from orignal Sierra 4wd exist ....if we cope surf 4wd thn we need tou cut the body ....thts not a prob but aghhhhhh m confused man....its not even much difficult .. my friend had attached sierra gear with the toyota 1c engine .... hmmmm plxzzx think think think

hahahhaha sir thats the fact these jimny's become too costly cux they r unbeatable n other companies like toyota n honda does not have small 4x4 machines..... even rav 4 is like a car....
but there engines become week....pehle tou 100 tak kuttay ki tarah jati hain baad mien mar jati hain..... small engines less hp more torque....high compression

In Australia they mod it for offroading not Rally.. so its a bit different. Secondly spending too much on sj410 is not wise... power will take you half, way you need handling too.

thts not a prob while hving 2c in it i did not faced any kinda prob .....while running it in dirt .....m hving jeeps from childhood and desrt in back of my home .....sooo tht not a prob.... n i know jiggar k australian ppl make it for mud rally and rocks cimbing but the thing is hilux gear also went upto 180 and w58 supra trans as well just need more power n relieble.... and its not more heavy than a 2c meri jaan
