@booster

u have added extra weight and must be sacrificing speed.

I was very careful about power to weight ratio, these alloy wheels are pretty light weight. They reduce rotational Inertia which improves both acceleration and braking. These Dunlop Arrowmax tires are light weight as well

wat about engine mods????

Yes engine is slightly moded as well with:

  • BMC Performance air filter
  • Free Flow exhaust
  • Re-Jetted Carbs
  • spark plug NGK-Ir
  • Ignition Cables
  • High performance Ignition coil
  • hi tension clutch spring
  • Custom front and rear sprockets

Measured 147 Km/h with Mobile phone GPS

Looks immensely neat coming out from Basharat bhai's hands. Congrats on a well done job.

On a side note, I would drop the idea of installing a 500cc engine on a chassis that has been strength tested and designed for a 150cc engine. A light 250cc engine on the other hand, would be a nice little upgrade if done right.

I'd be surprised if I couldn't find one of those. A Rebel 250cc would suit the application pretty well minus the Honda label. Getting a Gsxr in there would be a little too extreme. But then personally, I'd instead sell this as it is and get a stock bigger bike.

I already have 84 Honda Nighthawk 650, n hopefully next month ill buy 96 bandit 600 in red :stuck_out_tongue: but for some strange reasons im in love with this 150 n Im thinking about swamping GS500E engine.
