Suzuki cultus vxl average

Hi auto geeks,
I have purchased suzuki certified cultus vxl 2019 manual. its fuel average is 16.5 at long drive and 15.8 in city with ac.can any one help is it normal? As few of my friends claimed that they are getting 18-19 in city and 20-22 at long drive.

I have also gone through engine tunning from suzuki authorized dealership.

Cultus numbers are fine. Alto gives 18/19 in city.

in city it's fine, but on long route it should do more..

which petrol pump are you using and what are your driving habits?

keep the air filter cleaned, keep the tire pressure at recommended level and avoid sudden braking or acceleration, it will improve fuel economy

Driving habits, road conditions, speed etc also matter lot. A constant speed of 120 at motorway will give you 16, but at 80 speed, you will get 25. In local, changing gears at 3000 rpm will give you 12-13 average. But if you change at 2000 rpm, you will get 17-18. All averages with ac.

drive with very soft padel.in city never exceeded from speed of 60 with 2 rpm and long drive alsways drove at less than 100 speed withn 3 rpm
I am using peteol almost from total pumps

at 100 speed on long route : ( that's really confusing.. even 1300 cars do more than that at 100 speed on long route ...: ( and total fuel is also okay : / beats me !

That is very less if you are stating average on long drive below 100 under 3 rpm. Are you following all instructions like tyre pressure, engine oil grade, scheduled maintenance?

Yes,actually i have purchased it used 4 months before and it was 49000km driven
I have gone through complete engine tunning and oil changed from suzuki 3s dealership.
Tyre pressure is also fine as per standard.
I have discussed with suzuki dealership also and they said this average is fine,cutlus delivers same nothing more.

Your in-city average is fine. But average on long route is worrysome. I have always obtained 20-21 km/l average at 100 speed with AC (manually calculated) , with meter even showing 22-23 km/l. Anyways you did what you could do.

Exactly,i have same point that in city vaerage can vary but on long route it should be more but still unable to understand reason.

Kal main suzuki dealrship py gya tha gari ki fuel average issue ko discuss krny to un k driver ny car ko thora sa drive kia ar kaha k is ki clutch plate weak ha ar replacement k charges 60 to 70 thousand btay hn
Ap log mashwra dain k clutch plate ka issue ho skta ha? Totaly 58thousand chali ha gari
Ar replacement krani chahy k nh
Aur expence itny he aaty hn kia
