I want to buy suzuki cultus 2008 yo 2010 model. While searching for suitable car i got the idea that suzuki cultus have different variants like VXL, VXR, VXLi,VXRi, and same with CNG too. I want to ask few things
1. Whats the difference b/w VXL and VXR? except that power windows steering and alloy rims
2. Whose fuel efficiency is better VXL or VXR?
3. Which one has more reslae value?
4. Whts the price difference among these two?
5. And most important which should be best for use?

  1. VXL comes with AC and VXR doesn't. (As per my knowledge) but you can install after market AC in VXR.
  2. Both cars have same engine and same body, therefore same fuel efficiency.
  3. Both have same resale value.
  4. Search pakwheels for price difference. It shouldn't be more then 50-70k.
  5. VXL is best because it comes with company fitted accessories and AC.

P.S Don't buy a car that is used on CNG before. CNG sucks bro. Engine ko khtm kr deti hai.

VXL came with body colored side mirrors and door handles too. Both had AC

Same

Same

VXL as it has more goodies and you can buy one for the same price as a VXR.

Also, VXRi and VXLi had EFI engines while VXR and VXL had carburator engines.

VXLi is EFI Engine with power steering and windows
VXR/VXL variants are pre-2007 and you should stay away from them, carburettor version has poor mileage issues.

What is your budget? 2010 Seems too old i would recommend getting a 2016- onwards model preferably limited edition with alloy wheels.

From 2000 to 2007 end
- carburettor engine in all Vx vxr and vxl, with or without cng
- vx had black bumpers, no wheel caps, black side mirrors, No AC, no power steering or windows.
- vxr had AC, colored bumpers, black mirrors, wheels caps, no PS, no PW.
- vxl till 2005 had AC, PS, PW, colored mirrors and bumpers, wheel caps.
- vxl frm 05 to 07 just added alloy wheels

From end 2007 till 2015
- EFI engine on all models with or without cng
- VXRi had AC, black mirrors, color bumpers, manual windows and steering, wheel covers.
- VXLi had AC, PS, PW, color mirrors nd bumpers, amd alloy wheels
- from 2010 till 2015 only VXRi was sold
- in 2016 limited edition was sold which was all same as VXR but added alloys, color mirrors, color side strips
.
.
Buy any model thats latest in ur budget....all has same resale value....the latest the model the better

Just understand this....Car engines are not made for CNG but petrol.... using CNG on any petrol engine is a compromise on that engine, which will fail and start giving issues much much earlier than a normal petrol used engine would

I would never every buy a car that comes with pre-fitted or aftermarket CNG cylinders. Because the person must have had used CNG if cylinder was installed. CNG is engine killer.
