after clutch work done at Macca Motors Autorised 3S Suzuki shop in Karachi,
Owner reported car heavy & heatup witin 25 km run and temp guage rise beyond 50%. Car was sent back to MACCA MOTORS with complaint of heat up. service manager suggested detailed diagnosis, a report was submitted as engine life over and need overhaul.
The respected member messaged me on forum for the issue in his father's liana. i suggested visit to Jameel Autos Karachi, every thing was checked compression test was done all 4 had 180 psi wet reading no oil loss was reported by user. car was lifted over jack stands all 4 up, engine started and left to run at 1800 rpm, temp needle shot up to over 50% zero load no ac cooling fans were kicked in auto,
upper hose warm only radiator had very low coolant circulation. finally the hoses were removed coolant flow pipes were removed., & see what has been done at 3S Macca Motors Karachi.
we all know such plastic bag can never float through the radiator capillaries or sucked into system through the water pump, this poly bag was deliberately inserted / stuffed into the coolant lines when clutch work was done by Macca Motors, and hoses were removed while work was done.
Owner is a member of Pakistan Bar council and we can only guess what is going to happen to Macca motors Karachi,
