[Suggestion / Help ] Road trip to Hunza Valley + Naltar

Hello all, I need a little help on my next years' tour to Hunza Valley.
My friends are visiting Pakistan next year and they want to visit Hunza by road. I have made a Day Itinerary which i would like to share with you.
Please See if there is any modification needed.

Total Members: 15 - 18
Van: Coaster bus
Month: June - July

Day 1: Islamabad
Sight seeing Islamabad.
Dinner at Monal (will the coaster go to Monal)?

Day 2: Islamabad to Besham
Leave for Besham over night stay in PTDC Motel

Day 3: Besham - Gilgit
Time?
Over night stay in Gilgit

Day 4: Gilgit - Naltar
If got time visit Karghan Buddah or NLI Bazar

Day 5: Gilgit to Hunza
Stay at Rakaposhi view point for tea
Over night stay at Eagles' Nest (Will the coaster go to Eagles' Nest?)

Day 6: Hunza - Attabad Lake
Visit lake and travel to and forth and back to Hotel (eagles' Nest)
Coaster to Eagles nest?

Day 7: Hunza to Chilas
Over night in Shangrilla

OR

Day 7: Hunza - Besham
Over night in PTDC
Can we make it? too much travel?

Day 8: Chilas | Besham - Islamabad
Over night in hotel

Day 9: Islamabad - Lahore
Over night in Hotel
Shopping options?
Best resturant for Dinner?

Day 10: Lahore
Rest day in lahore
Hotel?

I would welcome
1. Suggestions and opinions about day plan.
2. Suggest Good hotels for families
3. Must visit places being in Gilgit / Hunza

I would really appreciate if you can answer the questions (?) and suggest me a best day plan. I am not sure if Coaster goes to Monal, Islamabad and Duikher (eagles' nest). What alternative i would have to take?
and expected cost?

I think it should be possible.

Day 2: Islamabad to Besham
Leave for Besham over night stay in PTDC Motel

I would suggest that you overnight at Mansehra for the first night of the trip up north. Give Abbottabad a bit more time and reach Mansehra for night stay. I won't suggest overnighting in Abbottabad because it takes about an hour covering the short distance between Mansehra and Abbottabad and you should have covered it already before venturing up north.

Day 3: Besham - Gilgit
Time?
Over night stay in Gilgit

Reach Chilas for the second night and overnight in Shangrila. Please note that Shangrila is the ONLY decent hotel in Chilas. Don't stay in any other hotel.

Day 4: Gilgit - Naltar
If got time visit Karghan Buddah or NLI Bazar

The road ahead of Raikot is very good and you would be in Gilgit in good time. Now you can either go straight to Naltar or explore Gilgit for the day and go to Naltar the next morning. Please NOTE that you would need jeeps for Naltar. I would recommend giving more time to Naltar including, of course, a trip to the lakes about a couple of hours jeep drive ahead of the town. You can also overnight in Naltar and go straight to Hunza from there without having to go back to Gilgit. There are hotels in Naltar but I don't know much about the facilities there.

Day 5: Gilgit to Hunza
Stay at Rakaposhi view point for tea
Over night stay at Eagles' Nest (Will the coaster go to Eagles' Nest?)

I think you can do the Attabad trip on this very day. I'm not sure that coaster will be able to climb to Eagle's Nest. Plan on hiring jeeps.

Day 6: Hunza - Attabad Lake
Visit lake and travel to and forth and back to Hotel (eagles' Nest)
Coaster to Eagles nest?

Make alternate Hunza exploration plans for this day and come back to Gilgit for overnight.

Day 7: Hunza to Chilas
Over night in Shangril
If you start in the morning from Hunza, you'll be in Chilas in the early afternoon, and there's literally nothing to do in Chilas besides chilling out at Shangrila. Therefore, I recommended above that you overnight in Gilgit and reach Besham on your way back.
OR

Day 7: Hunza - Besham
Over night in PTDC

And yes, please remember that if your friends visiting Pakistan are foreigners, they would need an NOC from the Ministry of Interior for visiting Gilgit-Baltistan.

After downloading and filling out the form, it will have to be sent to a specific section of the MoI (called NOC Section) along with the required documents mentioned in there. The process normally takes about a month, so plan well in advance for obtaining the NOCs.
