Suggestion abt buying new Nissan Sunny

Hi dear all,
I am planning to buy a zero meter Nissan Sunny EX Saloon 1600CC in petrol only. I wanted to know pros and cons of this model from experts before taking a final decision. I m impressed with the price offered by Gandhara Nissan though its in old shape but brand new car in this price is a gem nowadays. Resale value is not a problem. Please guide me about its drive, comfort, road grip, specially mileage per km on petrol and comparison with new local Corolla GLi, City, and used imported cars like X, Axio, fielder, Nissan AD van, etc.:S
Suggestions will be highly appreciated.
looking forward for experts' opinion.

why dont u find one used a little bit? you ll save more then 1 lakh easily and the car wud still be as gud as new... though finding a sunny is gonna be a bit hard.

I have a 2005, japan assembled, 72K driven, local 12-13, not checked on long as yet. The drive is awesome as well as the build quality, comfort, space and everything. On CNG it gives 130 local 55kg cylinder

I had 2006 one before and I drove it around 70K+ on Petrol and it was giving me actually 10-12KM in city with AC on and on highway I got usually with 100 speed as average around 13-14KMPH. Just to mention, I had 1300cc.

I personnaly prefer to have Nissan than new corolla because of its good suspension, brakes and ineterior... Personally recomends you to go for it as its a very good Option if some one does not have worries about resale.

make sure the cars avalible are atleast 2 to 3 years old standing. No new cars are being made.

I had checked the website about a month ago, it was 1236000 for EX Saloon 1600CC. It has air bag, power options but no ABS.

I checked the Nissan website today but now they r not showing the price. Instead I have requested for the quotation online. Hope to get quotation soon from Nissan Customer centre. Anyway pakwheels is showing 1236000 for EX saloon.

I think they are no longer making the Sunny. A friend of mine went to the showroom in Zamzama Karachi a few days back and the guy there told him they have no Sunnys - only trucks!
