go for Qmobile i myself using A900 (Rs-22500) for quite some days and much satisfied with it... good value for money, go for any qmobile in your range u won't be dissapointed...
this comes second hand, for ~17k. read some reviews online, its really good. also, the battery life is excellent. ive been using it for the last couple of months and i love it. the only downside is that its not easily mod-able. but since it already comes with jellybean, i dont really mind.
I have to restart my phone twice a day.. Plus Instagram App crashes frequently.. GOSMS and GOlauncher works slow and also reduces the mobile speed 
plus no good battery timing.. I have to charge my phone twice a day or thrice aswell if i use wifi the whole day

Ok today now its been 2days and my phone is running and i did 25calls from the day 1st and till now it is with 40% battery.Also used internet facebook skype everything works like charm.I think i should keep this mobile with me.
The only drawback of this mobile is with its RAM otherwise its a great phone in its price.Market Resale of Huawei is very low in Pakistan as compared to other countries.
So if you want to buy Huawei then keep it with you till its death and at the time of sale it will deduct your 35%.So buy wisely and the Future of Huawei is very bright as i can see what they have provided.
Quality wise its way better than Qmobile.
Today i visited a shop and asked for Huawei Y300 that how much you have sold till now he said around 43sets in a week.
Huawei will take sometime to get Market approach and the Sole Distributor of Huawei is a bit kind of lazy and Qmobile resale is good because they did many advertising thats why public use to buy Qmobile.
QMobile is for marketing purposes. My cousin owns an A12 and he's forced to part away from it due to a big flaw it has, i don't know about the flaw. But remember their marketing tricks our people to buy their poor quality stuff.
Today i go for warranty claim of my cousin noir A2 and they said, LCD doesn't comes under warranty you have to pay for it. How lame what the point of having warranty.
