First of all, I would advise not to do this if you have single key. because in case of some thing bad during the pcoress if you lose your transponder you will not be able to start your car.

If you have one key, get the second one
You can get remote key from Honda for around 7000/- and programming for 2000/- (cutting not included)
from out side you can get Key plus programming plus cutting for around 7000/-

Bro i already have the ultragauge in my civic 8th gen i have placed it in the sunglasses area...that the best area to be able to see it..
