I recently used "Sell it for me service" of Pinwheels, but eventually sold my car through other contacts.
For the sake of positive improvement in this service in future, would like to share my experience as following;
1 - Daily feedback on ad response should have been provided either through call or through whatsapp group that was made, it shouldn't have to be "when asked for".
2 - Team interaction should be fast and frequent with personalised feel rather than being commercial oriented.
3 - Each and every minor negative point of car shouldn't have to be displayed on inspection report especially Pakwheels is the SELLING AGENT itself, because that may confuse the potential buyers.
4 - Registration number, engine & chassis number shouldn't have to be displayed in report attached to the ad as unless deal is finalised potential buyers don't need this info, rather this may un-necessarily disclose the seller's personal info.
5- Overall experience is far lower than expectation.
