Since many days there is an advertisement being carried out on facebook from seghalmotors regarding the blessed friday sale. I want to bring it to the attention of everyone that it is a total cheat and scam. Last night I commented on one of their posts regarding this, and I was blocked from the page. They increase the prices to 200% and are offering discount of 80%. This is a total ripoff and people should stop being scammed from such vendors. I am attaching two screenshots so that you may know what I am talking about.
This price comparasion was done using a random vendor website, you can check for yourself by visiting seghalmotors website and comparing the prices with any other good vendor like autohub autox etc..

Most of the online sellers do this.Daraz and Sehgal are notorious.
In Pakistan..most sellers do fraud in the name of so called sale...even Pakwheels store is doiy same
Well, although what they are doing is clever, this might not be considered haraam because the buyer agrees to pay the amount. A buyer like you who is aware enough wouldn't fall for this market strategy. This would be considered haram if they were to sell fake products at original rates. Just using market tactics to attract buyers who are not aware of the product's market price and selling them goods might not be considered haram in my opinion. That is why bargaining and market survey is encouraged so that the buyer becomes aware of the products market value. Your post will help those buyers to not fall for their clever sales tactics.
Might not be technically haram I can agree on that, but he is deceiving people by increasing the price of a product of 2200 to 4150 and then making it look like they are selling it for near half price of 2400 which is way above the selling price of market and then using the words Blessed Friday Sale for it to make it look like they are giving it to customers for free. I really dont know what word to use for such kind of thuggery.
