Zain sim. Get 1gb data add on for 20SAR. Want more data just add on 1gB at a time special offer at the moment

I had Mobily both for voice and data. You should have copy of passport if buying from franchise in front of Harum. Else you can grab one at Jeddah airport.
Dont remember the charges but mobile service is very expensive in KSA.
Usually, the voice calls cost Sr. 0.55 per minute. For data, its always better to go for bundles.
There are special bundles for Umra/Hajj visitors. I understand you will only be allowed to purchase these SIMs, as these numbers expire after 3 months.
I used Zain during Hajj 2016 & it worked awesomely on 3G /4G. I had a 25 SAR Package (I think) & by wisely using calls, texts, WiFi I had no problem or need to recharge during complete Hajj.
The franchise guy at the Madina airport gave me zain sims for SAR 80 each.
And got one for SAR 30 from Makkah.
