Details of repair
1) Motherboard replaced under warranty by Lenovo because of defect in nVidia chip - Jan 2011
2) Motherboard repaired due to display problem - Feb 2012
Other known issues
1) Hinges are a little tight but are ok to use
2) DVD superdrive will need to be serviced to allow writing DVDs. Reading CD/DVDs is ok.
